《轧钢》杂志编辑委员会于1987年10月8日在上海宝山宾馆召开了第二次全体会议,出席会议的编委和编辑部成员共50人。中国金属学会轧钢学会理事长龙春满,副理事长黄锦发、卢于述,冶金部科技司总工程师陶晋及钢铁司轧钢处处长谢仕柜同志出席了会议。《轧钢》杂志编辑部就编委会第一次会议以来的工作向编委会作了汇报。接着编委们就1988年杂志的编辑方针、内容、出版发行、通讯员网工作等进行了认真讨论。并通过了调整编委会部分成员的建议。一、会议认为,凡年来《轧钢》杂志的编辑出版工作是有成绩的。《轧钢》杂志
