近些年来,全国各地在学习邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论过程中,以建立社会主义市场经济体制为目标,进一步解放和发展生产力,从而使整个国民经济继续保持蓬勃发展的势头。但由于各地具体条件不同,经济发展呈现明显的区域特征。宏观经济领域的改革,为卫生部门提供了有益的启迪。因此,从区域的角度研究卫生发展理论,促进医疗卫生朝着区域化方向发展,无疑是深化卫生改革的重要课题。
In the course of studying the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s history throughout the country in recent years, the goal of establishing a socialist market economic system has been to further liberate and develop the productive forces so that the entire national economy will continue to maintain its momentum of vigorous development. However, due to different conditions in different regions, economic development has obvious regional characteristics. The reforms in the macroeconomic sector have provided a useful inspiration to the health sector. Therefore, the study of health development theory from the perspective of the region and the promotion of medical and health development in the direction of regionalization are undoubtedly important topics for deepening health reform.
