跨膜型转化生长因子 α(transmembranetransforminggrowthfactoralpha ,TM TGFα)是一类以跨膜方式镶嵌在细胞膜上、分子量具有异质性的糖蛋白。它不仅可以作为分泌型转化生长因子 α(secretedtransforminggrowthfactoralpha ,S TGFα)的前体 ,而且本身具有一定的生物学活性。TM TGFα可介导细胞间的粘附、归巢 ,是细胞分化程度的标志 ,它本身还具有受体样作用。与S TGFα相似 ,TM TGFα通过结合EGFR ,调节邻近细胞生长、转化和分化 ,但其作用机制和方式却与前者不同。深入研究这类细胞因子的作用特点及功能将为可能肿瘤预防、治疗提供新思路。
Transmembrane transforming growth factor (TNF) is a type of glycoprotein that has a heterogeneous molecular weight embedded in the cell membrane in a transmembrane manner. It not only can be used as a precursor of secreted transforming growth factor (S TGFα), but also has certain biological activity itself. TM TGFα can mediate cell adhesion, homing, is a sign of the degree of cell differentiation, which itself also has a receptor-like role. Similar to S TGFα, TM TGFα regulates the growth, transformation and differentiation of neighboring cells by binding to EGFR, but its mechanism and mode of action are different from the former. In-depth study of the features and functions of these cytokines will provide new ideas for possible tumor prevention and treatment.
