随着素质教育的实施,培养全面发展的合格人才的呼声越来越高。中学教育是基础教育,中学阶段所学的知识也属于基础知识,因此,要求学生掌握中学阶段的内容显得极为重要。在我国现有的国情下,既要实施素质教育,同时又不能回避学生的升学问题,这是摆在广大教育工作者面前的一个尖锐的矛盾。在高中数学学习中,两级分化的问题极为突出,要改变这种状况,因材施教显得极为必要。然而,因材施教一直是一个喊得很时髦的口号,鉴于各种主观及客观的原因,不少教师的因材施教只是停留在口头上,并没有落到实处。对学生进行分层教学,是使全体学生共同进步的一个有效措施,也是使因材施教落到实处的一种有效的方式。
With the implementation of quality education, it is more and more popular to cultivate qualified qualified personnel for all-round development. Secondary education is basic education.
