中职学生的思想政治素养,能激发他们的思维创新理念,是构成职业教育重要部分之一,强调培养学生的创新意识。中专思想政治教学应以人为本,坚持科学的教育观,从多种层面开展思想政治教育;构建以学生为主体的教学观,促进学生的全面发展;精心设计并组织多种活动,让学生更好地适应社会;构建和谐的师生关系;理论联系实际,转变学生被动接受知识的情况,主动探求知识。论述了素质教育下中专学校思想政治工作的教学从学生能力的培养、主观能动性的调动及运用多媒体教学手段等,为思想政治课程教学提供借鉴性帮助。
