辩证唯物主义认为,外因是变化的条件,内因是变化的根据,外因只有通过内因才起作用,在教育教学过程中,同样也不例外。孔子曰:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”古今中外的哲学家、思想家、教育家无不重视人的内部主体意识。那么,如何启动学生学习的内部动因,调动学生学习的积极性、主动性呢?一、打开学生的心扉教师可利用一些别开生面的话语来驱使学生的内部动力,激发学生的学习兴趣。
Dialectical materialism holds that external factors are the conditions for change. Internal factors are the basis for change. External factors work only through internal factors. In the process of education and teaching, they are no exception. Confucius said: “Philosophers, thinkers and educators all over the world have all attached importance to people’s internal subjective consciousness.” So, how to start the internal motivation of student learning, to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to learn? First, to open the hearts of students, teachers can use some uncommon discourse to drive students ’internal motivation and stimulate students’ interest in learning.
