简单介绍了铸造模拟工具定量预测铸铁件缺陷和性能的功能,着重介绍铸铁和ADI生产过程模拟以及铸铁件应力预测方面的最新发展。包括:可以定量预测铸铁件的残余应力和变形;通过预测ADI各相和进行参数研究,可以优化奥氏体化、淬火以及奥铁体化过程中与合金有关的热处理条件;可以将铸铁局部性能提供给设计师预测与整个生产过程有关的铸件的疲劳性能和耐用性能,并为其未来应用创造机会。
The function of casting simulation tools to quantitatively predict defects and properties of cast iron parts is briefly introduced. The latest developments in simulation of cast iron and ADI production processes and stress prediction of cast iron parts are mainly described. Including: quantitatively predicting the residual stresses and deformations of cast iron; predicting the phases of ADI and conducting parametric studies can optimize the heat treatment conditions associated with the alloy during austenitization, quenching, and ototization; Provides designers with predictions of the fatigue and durability properties of castings related to the entire production process and creates opportunities for their future applications.
