农村中小企业作为推动我国农村经济社会发展的重要组成部分,在促进就业、改善农村社会生活以及维护社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。在经济活动中,农村中小企业的资金运动比较集中、管理机制相对灵活、会计基础较为薄弱,对于专业技能高、综合素质突出的会计人才需求非常迫切。因此,必须高度重视并深入分析农村中小企业对于会计人员的需求状况,采取有效措施,妥善解决农村中小企业财务会计存在的突出问题,比如重视对高素质会计专业高校毕业生的引进和培养,通过培训等继续教育,努力提高会计人员的实践能力和职业道德水平,加强对农村中小企业财务会计工作的监督检查,规范会计核算方式,推动农村中小企业健康发展。
As an important part of rural economic and social development in our country, rural SMEs play an important role in promoting employment, improving rural social life and maintaining social stability. In economic activities, rural SMEs have relatively concentrated capital movements, relatively flexible management mechanisms and relatively weak accounting bases. The demand for accounting talents with high professional skills and outstanding comprehensive qualifications is very pressing. Therefore, we must attach great importance to and analyze in depth the needs of rural SMEs for accounting personnel, and take effective measures to properly address the outstanding problems of rural SMEs in financial accounting, such as the importance attached to the introduction and cultivation of high-quality accounting college graduates, through Training and other continuing education, and strive to improve the practical ability and professional ethics of accountants, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the financial accounting of rural small and medium-sized enterprises, standardize accounting methods and promote the healthy development of rural SMEs.
