二十世纪以来,随着中国经济迅猛发展,企业间的竞争也日益激烈。因此,企业为了加强市场竞争力,使自身在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,在自身的财务管理上也就越来越重要,管理者对于企业内部财务的控制问题也成为了重中之重。然而,现今我国企业内部财务控制失效是一种很普遍的现象,研究解决我国企业内部财务控制失效的问题也就箭在弦上,不得不发。因此本文从企业内部财务控制失效的的表现、企业内部财务控制失效的原因以及解决企业内部财务控制失效的相关对策这三面进行论述研究,希望对解决目前我国企业内部普遍出现的财务控制失效的提供有益借鉴。
