本文从防、治急性心肌梗塞时的收缩衰竭与舒张衰竭入手,为达到降低病死率的目的应用硝普钠、多巴胺加葡萄糖静脉滴注,用于住院的全部病人,近两年共184例,死亡4例(2.2%).
