中国共产党党员、中国科学院生物学学部委员、中国生理科学会常务理事、著名生理学家、一级研究员、总后勤部医学科学技术委员会荣誉委员、军事医学科学院学位评定委员会主任委员、院专家组组长,院第五届学术委员会副主任委员朱壬葆教授因病医治无效,于1987年10月24日在北京逝世,终年78岁。朱壬葆教授1909年生于浙江省金华县。1932年浙江大学毕业后留校从事教学工作。1938年毕业于英国爱丁堡大学研究院,获得哲学博士学位,随后在英国从事研究工作。1939年底回国,曾任佥陵大学农学院、中央大学医学院、上海医学院教授。早年对内分泌生理有较深的研究,阐明了性激素、促性腺
