健美操以其强身健体、塑造健美体型的独特魅力而风靡全球。它是以肢体运动为基础的,表现人体健与美的一项新兴体育项目。健美操的运动强度适中,变化多样,不受场地器械的约束。它可以增强人体心肺功能,降低血脂和控制血糖,改善中枢神经系统功能,调整心理,培养人的良好气质与风度,颇受大学生欢迎。许多高校都开设了健美操课。本文拟就控制论在健美操整体化教学中的应用进行探析。
Aerobics with its physical fitness, bodybuilding shape the unique charm and swept the world. It is based on limb movement, performance of human health and beauty of a new sports. Aerobics exercise moderate intensity, varied, not subject to site equipment constraints. It can enhance the body’s cardiovascular function, lower blood lipids and blood sugar control, improve central nervous system function, adjust the mentality, cultivate people’s good temperament and demeanor, popular with college students. Many colleges and universities have set up aerobics classes. This article attempts to analyze the application of cybernetics in aerobics teaching.
