目的 研究活化形式的 p44 / 42 MAPK在成年正常大鼠脑内的分布。 方法 免疫组织化学方法(ABC法 )。 结果 磷酸化的 p44 / 42 MAPK在正常大鼠脑内有广泛的表达 ,出现在许多核团 ,特别是在岛皮质、感觉运动及视、听皮质、扣带前皮质、海马尾侧的内嗅区、内侧杏仁核、皮质杏仁核和中介核、视上核、视交叉上核、A14区、下丘脑室旁核大细胞部、弓状核、前腹侧视前核、下丘脑后区、顶盖前区、室周灰质腹外侧柱、蓝斑、臂旁外侧核、小脑 Purkinje细胞、A5区、旁巨细胞外侧核、吻侧 (C1区 )和尾侧 (A1区 )延髓腹外侧网状结构等。阳性结构主要见于神经元的胞浆、胞核和突起内 ,在部分脑膜细胞和少突胶质细胞内也有表达。 结论 活化的 p44 / 42 MAPK在脑内的广泛存在提示其作为重要的信号转导分子在正常状态下的脑功能活动中可能起重要作用。
Objective To study the distribution of activated form of p44 / 42 MAPK in adult rat brain. Methods Immunohistochemistry (ABC method). Results The phosphorylated p44 / 42 MAPK was widely expressed in the brain of normal rats and appeared in many nuclei, especially in the isthmus, sensory motor and visual cortex, prefrontal cortex, caudal hippocampus Area, medial amygdala, cortex amygdala and intermedullary nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, A14 area, hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus large cell, arcuate nucleus, anterior ventral anterior nucleus, hypothalamic area, Ventricular extracellular lateral pylorus, locus coeruleus lateralis medulla, Purkinje cells of cerebellum, A5 region, lateral giant cell lateral nucleus, kyphosis side (C1) and caudal (A1) Like structure. Positive structures are mainly found in the neurons of the cytoplasm, nucleus and protrusions, also expressed in some meninges and oligodendrocytes. Conclusion The widespread presence of activated p44 / 42 MAPK in the brain suggests that it may play an important role as an important signal transduction molecule in brain function under normal conditions.
