本文对1978年10～12月收住内科,采用中西医结合治疗的5例急性肾炎伴发肾功能衰竭的疗效作了初步观察,兹报告如下: 临床资料本组5例中男3例,女2例,年龄在3～13岁之间。临床表现主要为尿量显著减少(3例尿闭、2例尿少)、高血压、浮肿、精神软弱、嗜睡、厌食、恶心、呕吐,此外还有稀便、皮肤干燥、谵妄、烦躁等症状。实验室检查:本组5例均有NPN(120mg％以上)、BUN、肌酐的显著升高。血
