Small-Carrion penis repair surgery is a way to correct impotence, medical silicone shell gel filling implants, the success rate is satisfactory. Long-term follow-up has its early and late complications and the patient’s satisfaction is poor. The authors report long-term follow-up of 150 cases of Small-Carrion penile repair. METHODS: One hundred and fifty patients underwent Small-Carrion penile repair via the perineal approach and were followed up for at least three years.
