随着克拉玛依油田的不断深入开发以及油田企业对更安全、更环保、更高效目标的不断追求,油田公司对进口物资的需求也不断加大。2010年以来集团公司物资管理部门对进口物资采购提出了新的要求:“进口物资必须通过境外公司直接采购”。这使得物资供应总公司进口公司的业务范围从原有的5、6个大类扩展到全部66个大类。面对新增的大类需求,在没有任何现成的供货渠道的前提下,为有效开展工作,提高工作效率,笔者总结了几点进口供应商的引进方法,望对工作有所帮助:
