目的 通过对先天性双侧输精管缺如(CBAVD)不育患者睾丸细针穿刺吸液(FNA)细胞学检查,了解睾丸生精功能。方法 对78例CBAVD不育患者进行FNA细胞学检查。结果 78例中56例涂片可见较多生精细胞、精子细胞及精子,提示睾丸生精功能正常,占71.8%(56/78);生精功能异常22例(28.3%),其中6例(6/78,7.7%)仅见支持细胞,8例(8/78,10.3%)见各级生精细胞及大量精子细胞,未见精子,8例(8/78,10.3%)涂片见较少精子(<2个/HP)。结论 部分CBAVD不育患者的睾丸生精功能有不同程度的损伤。
Objective To investigate the testicular spermatogenic function by means of FNA cytology in testis of infertility patients with congenital bilateral vas deferens (CBAVD). Methods 78 cases of CBAVD infertility patients with FNA cytology. Results 78 cases showed smear more spermatogenic cells, spermatids and spermatozoa, which showed that spermatogenesis was normal in 71.8% (56/78), abnormal spermatogenesis in 22 cases (28.3%), of which 6 (6/78, 7.7%) only see the support cells, 8 cases (8 / 78,10.3%) see all levels of spermatogenic cells and a large number of sperm cells, no sperm, 8 cases (8 / 78,10.3% Less sperm (<2 / HP). Conclusion Some of the infertility patients with CBAVD spermatogenic function testes to varying degrees.
