课堂教学是当今学校教学的基本组织形式,其主要模式是由一个教师面向全班几十个学生的班级集体授课制。由于教学是按照教材有目的有计划地进行的,它能保证学生获得系统的文化科学知识,其优越性是明显的。然而这种集体教学容易忽视学生的个别差异,容易忽视学生的特长,学生的学习往往是被动接受而非主动进取。基于这样的分析,我们对数学教学尝试进行一种模式改革——“分层学习,自主发展”。我们的目的是围绕“因材施教”“全面发展,学有特长”,着重培养学生的“阅读自学能力,
Classroom teaching is the basic organizational form of school education today, and its main mode is a class collective teaching system in which a teacher faces dozens of students in the class. Since teaching is carried out in accordance with the purpose and plan of the teaching materials, it can ensure that students obtain systematic cultural and scientific knowledge. Its superiority is obvious. However, this kind of collective teaching tends to ignore the individual differences of students, and it is easy to ignore the students’ special skills. Students’ learning is often passively accepted rather than aggressive. Based on this analysis, we try to carry out a model of reform in mathematics teaching - “layered learning, independent development.” Our aim is to “develop students in accordance with their individual aptitudes, learn to have special skills,” and focus on training students’ ability to read self-study.
