领导班子、领导干部在一个单位的发展中起着至关重要的作用。因此,必须重视加强领导班子的自身建设,而坚持民主集中制则是领导班子自身建设的重要内容。为加强我校系级领导班子的建设,近一二年来,党委组成调查组对18个系级党政班子贯彻民主集中制的情况进行了调查。通过对调查结果的研究和分析,我认为,领导干部要增强贯彻民主集中制的自觉性,必须正确认识和处理以下几个问题:
Leading bodies and leading cadres play a crucial role in the development of a unit. Therefore, we must attach importance to strengthening the self-construction of the leading group, and insisting on democratic centralism is an important part of the self-construction of the leading group. In order to strengthen the construction of departmental-level leadership in our university, in the past year or two the investigation team of the party committee conducted a survey on the implementation of democratic centralism by 18 departmental-level party and government bodies.
