本文以乙炔和咔唑为原料,合成了高纯度的9-乙烯基咔唑,利用GC监控反应过程,对合成工艺进行了研究,结果表明:乙炔与咔唑在常压下也能合成9-乙烯基咔唑;控制适宜的水量对合成产品是有利的;反应温度升高,产品纯度及产率迅速提高;咔唑和KOH的摩尔比为2:1时,产品收率较好;二甲苯是合成9-乙烯基咔唑较好的溶剂。按此工艺进行了放大生产,同样取得了很好的结果。
