根据国家能源发展战略和石油企业对应用型高级工程技术人员的需求,进行了石油工程专业创新人才培养模式、教学内容与课程体系、实践教学、创新人才多样化培养途径等改革。研究出了一套新形势下科学规范完整的石油工程专业人才培养新思路、新机制、新模式。多年来培养了一大批专业精、能力强、适应快、素质高的石油工程类高级专门人才,受到用人单位的好评,取得了良好的社会效果。
According to the national energy development strategy and the demand of petroleum enterprises for application-oriented senior engineering and technical personnel, the reform pattern of cultivating innovative talents in petroleum engineering, teaching content and curriculum system, practical teaching and diversified cultivation of innovative talents were carried out.
