目的:探讨螺旋CT在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的诊断、分度及预后评估中的价值。方法:对128例HIE患儿进行螺旋CT检查,对其中74例患儿进行随访,复查时间为1个月~3年。结果:128例HIE患儿,CT诊断轻度34例,中度82例,重度12例。CT分度与临床分度行对比分析。二者有统计学关联。对其中74例行随访复查,正常27例,外部性脑积水18例,脑软化8例,局限性脑萎缩22例,弥漫性脑萎缩10例,脑穿通畸形2例。结论:螺旋CT检查在HIE的诊断、分度及预后评估中起着重要作用,CT分度与临床分度基本一致。
Objective: To investigate the value of spiral CT in diagnosis, classification and prognosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: A total of 128 children with HIE underwent spiral CT examination. Totally 74 children were followed up for one month to three years. Results: 128 cases of HIE children, CT diagnosis of mild in 34 cases, moderate in 82 cases, severe in 12 cases. Contrast Analysis of CT Index and Clinical Indexing Line. The two are statistically related. Among them, 74 cases were followed up, 27 cases were normal, 18 cases were external hydrocephalus, 8 cases were cerebral softening, 22 cases were localized atrophy, 10 cases were diffuse brain atrophy and 2 cases were brain perforating deformity. Conclusion: Spiral CT examination plays an important role in the diagnosis, classification and prognosis of HIE. CT classification and clinical classification are basically the same.
