采用造血祖细胞体外培养与造血生长因子生物活性检测等实验血液学技术,研究三七总皂甙(TSPN),对小鼠粒单系造血祖细胞(CFU-GM)增殖凋控的影响及其机理。结果表明:在有粒单系集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)存在的条件下,TSPN能促进正常或贫血小鼠CFU-GM的集落形成;经TSPN诱导制备的肌条件培养液,L细胞条件培养液和脾细胞条件培养液能显著提高CFU一GM的集落产率。研究提示,TSPN可能通过诱导机体产生造血凋控因子或协同这些因子促进机体单系血发生。
