本文对熊胆及熊胆粉(活体引流熊胆汁干燥品)中的氨基酸,利用高效液相色谱法,进行分离测定,分离出17种氨基酸,用外标法对17种氨基酸进行了定量分析。
In this article, amino acids in bear bile and bear bile powder (dried in vivo bile bear bile) were separated and measured by high performance liquid chromatography. 17 kinds of amino acids were separated and 17 kinds of amino acids were analyzed by external standard method.
