结合浙江沿海某2 ×300 MW 火电厂地基处理,进行了深层搅拌桩复合地基试验。试验结果表明:单轴搅拌桩优于双轴搅拌桩,且随着桩长加深复合地基的承载力增高;搅拌桩的水泥掺入量可沿桩深适当减少;当以搅拌桩的承载力为控制条件时,选择桩长和置换率来满足要求;当以复合地基的沉降量为控制条件时,搅拌桩存在临界桩长,按临界桩长设计是最经济的。
Combined with the foundation treatment of a 2 × 300 MW thermal power plant on the coast of Zhejiang Province, a deep mixing pile composite foundation test was conducted. The test results show that the uniaxial mixing pile is superior to the biaxial mixing pile, and the bearing capacity of the composite foundation increases with the length of the pile; the mixing amount of cement in the mixing pile can be reduced along the depth of the pile; when the bearing capacity of the mixing pile is When controlling the conditions, select the length of the pile and the replacement rate to meet the requirements; when the settlement of the composite foundation is the control condition, the mixing pile has the critical pile length, and the critical pile length design is the most economical.
