慢性肺心病、肺气肿在党的关怀下,全国各地均展开了积极防治工作。我们在合肥市郊区蜀山公社,对1972年冬季普查出来的肺心病37例,肺气肿52例共计89例,进行了五年的随访观察。本文37例肺心病(甲组)的诊断按72年全国三病会议标准作出。五年内每年有1—2次发药(服白毛夏枯草片30—50天)随访。52例肺气肿(乙组)则72年及76年各观察一次。 72年所查到的89例肺心病、肺气肿患者,除死亡22例、漏访4例外,存活的63例于
Chronic pulmonary heart disease, emphysema under the care of the party, all over the country have launched an active prevention and control work.
