近年来,我们不难发现学生的各种行为习惯越来越差,学校每天都在反反复复的要求,老师也在苦口婆心的说教,但就是不见成效。到底是什么原因呢?作为学校管理者,我更是感觉“压力山大”!到底是我们的学生越来越难教呢?还是我们的老师方法没有用对呢?带着这个困惑,我深入到各个课堂去巡视,了解每个老师的课堂管理和教学,并到办公室和老师交流访谈,尤其是专科老师,希望能从细节中窥见端倪,并能与老师们一起寻求解决问题的办法。
In recent years, it is not difficult for us to find out that the behaviors of students are becoming worse and worse. The schools are repeatedly asking each other day by day. The teachers are also earnestly teaching them, but they have not achieved any results. In the end what is the reason? As a school administrator, I feel even more “pressure mountain”! In the end is more difficult for our students to teach it? Or our teacher’s method is not right? With this confusion, I In-depth visits to all classrooms to visit, to understand each teacher’s classroom management and teaching, and to the office and teachers to exchange and interview, especially the specialist teacher, hoping to get a glimpse of the details of the clues, and can work with teachers to find ways to solve the problem.
