老年大学的课程注重实践,讲求实用,互动式的教学方法非常符合学员特点。笔者在中医养生保健课的教学过程中对此更是深有体会。比如,在教学中结合学员个体差异,现场诊断、解惑;课堂上除带领学员学习养生保健知识外,还设计养生操,现场操练,使其一学就会,既有效普及了中医养生知识,又缓解了老年学员的课堂疲劳,可谓一举两得。此外,笔者在课堂上还特意留出一些时间给学员,让他们交流分享彼此的健康经验,
