本文介绍治疗急性中毒性脑水肿的几种主要措施:(1)输氧疗法强调必须给予较高浓度(40-60%)的氧吸入,以及采用高压氧治疗;(2)脑细胞营养药物,有利于促进和改善脑代谢;(3)低温与冬眠,宜采用头部低温,应做到及时、够深、持久;(4)肾上腺皮质激素,有助于防止中毒性脑水肿的发生和发展;(5)利尿和脱水剂在使用过程中应注意可能发生的血容量不足、低血压和电解质紊乱等副作用;(6)重症昏迷病人,在脑缺氧、脑水肿基本纠正的基础上可选择使用苏醒药物。
