早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)是导致儿童致盲的重要原因,降低ROP的发生率和致残率是降低儿童致盲的重要措施。ROP的合理预防、早期筛查、早期诊断及早期治疗可以降低其发生率和致残率,因此,为减少ROP的危害,卫生行政部门和医院强化对ROP防治管理显得尤为重要。本文主要对ROP的发生状况、国内外ROP防治管理概况及国内ROP防治管理中存在的问题等进行综述,并运用系统管理理论探讨其干预措施。
Retinopathy of prematurity (retinopathy of prematurity, ROP) is an important cause of blindness in children, reducing the incidence of ROP and morbidity is an important measure to reduce blindness in children. ROP reasonable prevention, early screening, early diagnosis and early treatment can reduce its incidence and disability rate, therefore, in order to reduce the harm of ROP, the health administration departments and hospitals to strengthen the management of ROP is particularly important. This article mainly summarizes the occurrence of ROP, the general situation of ROP prevention and control both at home and abroad, the existing problems in ROP prevention and control in our country, and discusses the intervention measures by using system management theory.
