选用小黑谷和晋汾 34两个品种 ,分析了谷子不同器官和不同生育阶段 POX同工酶的变化。结果证明 ,谷子不同器官共有酶带 14条 ,按 Rf值由负极到正极可分为 4个酶区。根、茎、叶、鞘和穗 ,以穗的酶带最多 ,酶活性最强 ,以茎的酶带最少 ,叶鞘的酶活性最弱。不同生育阶段酶活性的变化 ,以幼苗阶段最低 ,拔节以后特别是从孕穗开始猛增 ,到抽穗时期达到高峰。其中 ,主要是 Px1 酶区的酶带由弱变强。抽穗过后酶活性又逐渐降低 ,主要表现为 Px4 酶区的酶带由强变弱
The two varieties of Xiaoheigu and Jinfen 34 were selected to analyze the changes of POX isozymes in different organs and different growth stages of millet. The results show that different organs of millet a total of 14 bands, according to the Rf value from the negative to the positive can be divided into four enzyme zones.
