目的:探讨牙周-牙髓联合病变患者应用中药汤剂联合西医治疗的效果分析。方法:选择2012年3月—2014年5月医院接诊100例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者进行研究。按照入院时间先后顺序将其随机均分为对照组和观察组。观察组50例患者,采用中药汤剂联合西医治疗,对照组50例患者,采用单纯的西医治疗。比较两组患者的临床结果、疗效以及不良反应率。结果:在治疗后,发现观察组患者各项指标值都优于对照组的患者,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.001);在治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率为72.00%,两组比较具有统计学意义(u=2.641 6,P=0.008 3);两组患者的牙情况均得到了缓解,但观察组的牙齿松动、牙周炎、牙齿叩痛人数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后,观察组患者产生不良反应率仅为10.00%,对照组不良反应率为34%,两组比较具有统计学意义(u=2.882 3,P=0.003 9)。结论:中药汤剂联合西医治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变,不良反应率低,效果良好,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine on patients with periodontal-endodontic disease. Methods: From March 2012 to May 2014, 100 patients with periodontal-endodontic joint disease were admitted to the hospital for study. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Fifty patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine, and 50 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine alone. The clinical results, curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the patients in observation group were found to have better indexes than those in control group (P <0.001). After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 88.00%. In control group The total effective rate was 72.00%. The two groups were statistically significant (u = 2.641 6, P = 0.008 3). The dental conditions of both groups were relieved, but the loosening of teeth, periodontitis, Pain fewer than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was only 10.00%, while that in the control group was 34%. The two groups were statistically significant (u = 2.882 3, P = 0.003 9). Conclusion: Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine for periodontal - endodontic joint disease, low adverse reaction rate, good effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
