Kindergarten culture is a strong spiritual force that brings together all the members of the kindergarten. It is also a brand image of kindergartens. It exerts a subtle influence on all employees and young children. Consciously and initiatively creating and developing kindergarten culture is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of early childhood quality education and an inevitable requirement for the modernization of kindergarten education.
