试论女性成才与自我表现

先列举一组数字:目前全国2500万干部队伍中,有女干部965万人,占干部总数的28.5%;1989年,全国县(处)级以上干部中,女性占7.99%;全国5万多个乡镇中,女乡长女镇长仅占总数的6.4%;全国女科技人员809万人,占科技人员总数的35%;《简明社会科学词典》介绍的542位杰出人物中,女性只有8位。女性占人口总数的一半,人才理应占各级各类人才总数的一半。然而上面数字所显示的是什么呢?不言而喻。鉴于女性人才匮乏,女领导干部比例过低,基层女干部和高级女技术人才后继乏人的现状,研究女性成才问题,就成了题中应有之义。女性成才是个复杂的问题,既受诸种外部条件的制约和影响,又受自身因素的禁锢和干扰。其中不敢自我表现,不善于自我表现,不明确女性成才与自我表现的关系是障碍女性成才的重要原因之一。本文试就女性自我表现的前 First of all, a group of figures is cited: Currently there are 9,650,000 female cadres among the 25 million cadres in the country, accounting for 28.5% of the total number of cadres; in 1989, of the cadres above the county level (county) or above, 7.99% were women; more than 50,000 In the townships, the mayor and mayor accounted for only 6.4% of the total.
