目的:探讨麻枳降浊方对便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型对照组、西药对照组、中成药对照组、麻枳降浊方组5组,观察大鼠结肠及回盲部肠组织中肥大细胞(MC)的数量以及小肠黏膜组织中P物质的含量变化。结果:MC计数中,与模型对照组比较,各治疗组显著减少(P<0.05);与正常对照组对比,各治疗组显著增多(P<0.05);各治疗组间对比计数未见显著性差异(P>0.05);P物质含量中,与模型对照组比较,各治疗组显著增加(P<0.05);与正常对照组对比,各治疗组显著减少(P<0.05),各治疗组间对比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:麻枳降浊方减少IBS-C大鼠肠道MC数量,调整胃肠激素分泌释放,增加黏膜P物质的含量,而调节IBS-C大鼠的肠运动功能。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ma Zhi Jiang Zhuo Fang on constipation-induced irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C) and its possible mechanism. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model control group, western medicine control group, Chinese traditional medicine control group, Mazhizhengzhuo prescription group, and mast cells in the colon and ileocecal part (MC) and the changes of substance P in intestinal mucosa. Results: Compared with the model control group, the MC count in each treatment group was significantly decreased (P <0.05); compared with the normal control group, the treatment groups were significantly increased (P <0.05); the comparison count between the treatment groups was not significant (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, the content of substance P in each treatment group increased significantly (P <0.05), compared with the normal control group, the treatment groups were significantly reduced (P <0.05) No significant difference between the contrast (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Ma Zhijiang Jiangzhuo decoction can reduce intestinal mucosal MC in IBS-C rats, regulate secretion and release of gastrointestinal hormones, increase substance P in mucosa and regulate intestinal motility in IBS-C rats.
