老干部指的是在我国建设和谐社会时期曾经有过卓越贡献的一些人,所以说做好老干部的工作对整个国家的发展而言至关重要。老干部的心理健康直接影响着他们的服务水平与服务质量,精准的把握好他们的心理健康,充分认识影响老干部心理健康的几点因素,才能够在未来的工作中实现老干部的服务管理。本文探究了老干部管理服务的意义,分析了当前老干部管理中出现的一些问题,并且针对出现的问题提出了相关有益健康的建议。
The old cadres refer to some people who have made outstanding contributions during the period of building a harmonious society in our country. Therefore, to do well the work of veteran cadres is crucial to the development of the entire country. The mental health of veteran cadres directly affects their service level and service quality, accurately grasps their mental health and fully understands the factors that affect the mental health of veteran cadres, so as to be able to achieve the service management of veteran cadres in future work. This article explores the significance of veteran management services, analyzes some of the problems that emerge in veteran cadre management, and proposes relevant health advice in light of emerging issues.
