作者从哲学的角度,探讨了时间的物质性这一命题,并由此认为,时间是相对的。作者分析了各种时间形式的本质和相互关系、特别对常用的地质时间和地球年时间作了本质上的剖析,从而得出我们现行的许多概念都缺乏理论根据。作者认为,相同生物带在不同地区应该是同时的,它所表示的地质时间是连续的。而用地球年这个时间形式来表示沉积时间和生物时间时,都是难以反映真实情况的。
From the philosophical point of view, the author explores the proposition of the materiality of time and concludes that time is relative. The author analyzes the essence and interrelationships of various time forms, and in particular analyzes the commonly used geologic time and year of the earth year in essence, so as to draw a conclusion that many of our existing concepts lack theoretical basis. The authors believe that the same biological zone should be simultaneous in different regions and that the geologic time it represents is continuous. However, when we use the time of year of Earth to represent the deposition time and biological time, it is hard to reflect the real situation.
