本文叙述了在冷轧厂安装拼卷机组的必要性和可行性。一般酸洗机组能力要比轧机的大20%左右,而冷轧厂恰相反,酸洗能力低于轧机10%左右。提高酸洗机组能力的途径很多,加大卷重是比较简便而有效的办法。为此增设了拼卷机组,以发挥引进焊机的作用。同时对拼卷机组的工艺流程和技术性能加以叙述,并分析了增设拼卷机组的经济效益。酸洗机组小时产量提高了12.8%;提高成材率2.96%;冷轧综合利润260元/t;增加利润258.8万元。
This article describes the necessity and feasibility of installing a rewinding unit in a cold rolling mill. The capacity of the pickling unit is about 20% larger than that of the rolling mill. On the contrary, the capacity of pickling is lower than about 10% of the rolling mill. There are many ways to improve the capacity of pickling unit. It is a simple and effective way to increase the weight of the pickling line. To this end an additional volume of units to play the role of introducing welding machine. At the same time, the technical process and technical performance of the unwinding unit are described, and the economic benefits of the additional unwinding unit are analyzed. Pickling unit output increased by 12.8%; improve finished product rate of 2.96%; cold-rolled consolidated profit of 260 yuan / t; increase profits of 258.8 million yuan.
