Gwe 又名本草九甙,是一种来自中药的有效成份,是一种新型免疫调节剂。本文研究了Gwe改善小鼠X 射线诱变生成的作用,实验结果表明。Swiss 小鼠1.5Gy 全身照射后12小时,其骨髓细胞微核千分率、脾细胞染色体畸变率、脾细胞姊妹染色单体互换率均显著提高,Gwe 连续三天灌胃能使这三项指标均显著降低,其抑制率分别是40.6%、54.1%和29.5%。同时检测了脾细胞生成IL-1能力的变化,照射后12小时脾细胞生成IL-1的能力较生理盐水对照组相比有显著下降。Gwe 能促进脾细胞IL-1的产生用Gwe 处理的X 射线实验组与X 射线对照组相比有显著差异。IL-1样物质水平的变化与骨髓细胞微核千分率、脾细胞染色体畸变率的变化呈明显负相关。
Gwe, also known as Materia Medica, is an effective ingredient from Chinese medicine and is a novel immunomodulator. This paper studied the effect of Gwe on mice X-ray mutagenesis, the experimental results show. After 12 hours of whole-body irradiation at 1.5 Gy in Swiss mice, the micronucleus fraction of bone marrow cells, chromosome aberration rate of spleen cells, and sister chromatid exchange rate of spleen cells were significantly increased. Gwe fed stomach for three consecutive days. The indicators were significantly reduced, with inhibition rates of 40.6%, 54.1%, and 29.5%, respectively. At the same time, the ability of splenocytes to produce IL-1 was detected. The ability of spleen cells to produce IL-1 at 12 hours after irradiation was significantly lower than that of the control group of normal saline. Gwe can promote the production of IL-1 in spleen cells. The X-ray experimental group treated with Gwe was significantly different from the X-ray control group. The level of IL-1-like substances was significantly negatively correlated with the changes of the micronucleus fraction of bone marrow cells and the chromosome aberration rate of spleen cells.
