将48只昆明远交系小白鼠分成4组,分别给予正常蛋白食物(约含蛋白质25%)+可的松类药物+抗生素和低蛋白食物(约含蛋白质8%)+可的松类药物十抗生素处理并设相应对照组。结果:接受低蛋白饲养的小鼠,其体重的变化及卡氏肺孢予虫感染率与接受正常蛋白饲养的小鼠无差异。未给予激素的对照组小鼠无一感染卡氏肺孢子虫。提示:正常蛋白食物饲养+足量激素诱发动物卡氏肺孢了虫肺炎的方法较通常使用的低蛋白饲养+激素的方法优越。
48 Kunming inbred mice were divided into 4 groups and given normal protein foods (about 25% protein) + cortisone drugs + antibiotics and low protein foods (about 8% protein) + cortisone drugs Ten antibiotic treatment and set up the corresponding control group. RESULTS: Changes in body weight and infection rate of Pneumocystis carinii in mice receiving low protein supplementation were not different from those of mice fed normal protein. None of the mice in the control group that were not given hormones were infected with Pneumocystis carinii. Tip: Normal protein food feeding + sufficient hormones to induce animal Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is superior to the commonly used methods of low protein feeding + hormones.
