本文对Ge-132的抗癌作用进行研究。结果表明,口服Ge-132(300mg/kg/日×13日)能明显抑制C57BL/6小鼠S_(180)实体瘤的生长,抑瘤率接近50%。实验过程中未见毒副反应。表明Ge-132是一种有开发价值的抗癌物质。
This article studies the anti-cancer effects of Ge-132. The results showed that oral administration of Ge-132 (300 mg/kg/day x 13 days) significantly inhibited the growth of S_(180) solid tumors in C57BL/6 mice, and the tumor inhibition rate was close to 50%. No toxic side effects were observed during the experiment. It shows that Ge-132 is a valuable anti-cancer substance.
