保定市委、市政府为全面落实科学发展观,充分发挥城乡规划在经济社会发展中的先导、主导和统筹作用,制定下发了《关于进一步加强城乡规划工作的决定》。《决定》要求各级政府和部门要充分认识新形势下做好城乡规划工作的重要性和紧迫性,进一步加强和改进城乡规划工作,充分发挥城乡规划对城市发展的统筹和综合调控作用。这个文件在强化新时期城乡规划地位、创新规划体制机制、加强城乡规划与相关规划协调等方面对各地城乡规划工作具有借鉴意义。
Baoding municipal government for the full implementation of the scientific concept of development, give full play to urban and rural planning in the economic and social development in the leading, leading and co-ordinating role, formulated and issued “on the further strengthening of urban and rural planning decisions.” The Decision requires all levels of government and departments to fully understand the importance and urgency of doing a good job of urban and rural planning under the new situation, further strengthen and improve the urban and rural planning work, and give full play to the role of urban and rural planning in overall and comprehensive regulation of urban development. This document is of reference to urban and rural planning in various places in the aspects of strengthening the status of urban and rural planning in the new era, innovating the planning system and mechanism, and strengthening coordination between urban and rural planning and related planning.
