目前基层馆员越来越多,但是基层人员的素质也需要得到一定的提升。现代人员,读书的途径有很多种:网络、电子产品、数码产品、图书馆等等。而图书馆是最简单、最拥有书香气息的地方。图书馆里面的人员有很多种,尤其是基层人员较多。如何让基层人员在图书馆里面的工作更加的富有积极性以及创造性,就必须要让基层图书馆员树立正确的工作价值观。本文针对此点,做出以下几个方面的浅析。
