农村劳动力就业社会化是农民增收、农村繁荣和农业现代化的内在要求和必然结果,也是全面建设小康社会和城镇化建设的重要基础,而农村劳动力自身素质高低则直接决定其就业水平的高低。针对就业社会化背景下的农村劳动力培训,本文在对川东地区农村劳动力培训深入分析后,从五个方面提出了如何构建就业社会化背景下农村劳动力培训体系的建议。
The socialization of rural labor employment is an inherent requirement and an inevitable result of farmers’ income increase, rural prosperity and agricultural modernization. It is also an important foundation for building an overall well-to-do society and urbanization. However, the quality of rural labor forces directly determines the level of employment. Aiming at the training of rural labor in the context of employment socialization, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to construct rural labor training system in the context of employment socialization from five aspects after deeply analyzing the rural labor training in eastern Sichuan.
