成长型思维,最早由斯坦福大学心理学教授Carol Dweck提出,是相对固定型思维的一种心智模式。天赋只是起点,人的才智通过锻炼可以提高。而成长型思维则是以动态的角度、积极的层面面对特定的对象、任务及其结果,总是倾向于认为只要努力就可以做得更好,把每一次挫折失败都看做是提高自己的机会,不断改善,从而不断进步。成长型思维模式的培养,关系到学生任何层面学习的效率、程度与可能性。学生固有的思维方式和学习态度是学生能否正确对待生活
Growth thinking, first proposed by psychologist Carol Dweck of Stanford University, is a mental model of relatively fixed thinking. Talent is just the starting point, people’s intelligence can improve through exercise. Growth thinking, on the other hand, is based on a dynamic and positive view of specific objects, tasks and their results. They always tend to think that they can do better as long as they work hard, and treat each failure as a failure to improve themselves The opportunity to continuously improve, and thus continue to progress. The development of a growth mode of thinking relates to the efficiency, level and likelihood of learning at any level of the student.
