为选择性降低卷烟主流烟气中HCN释放量,采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTS)对SBA-15介孔分子筛进行碱性功能化修饰,并与聚醚砜复合得到碱性功能化SBA-15/聚醚砜复合材料。利用低温氮气吸附脱附、扫描电镜、热重分析等手段对该材料孔结构、表面形貌及热稳定性进行表征,并将材料添加于卷烟滤嘴中考察降低HCN性能。结果表明:①经APTS修饰的SBA-15材料仍保持有序介孔孔道结构,且与聚醚砜复合后的材料具有不规则的海绵状多孔结构;②复合材料在200℃以下具有良好热稳定性;③将碱性功能化SBA-15/聚醚砜复合材料以20 mg/支添加量制成二元复合滤棒应用于卷烟后,卷烟主流烟气中HCN释放量降低29.6%,而焦油及感官质量变化较小,卷烟危害性评价指数(H)下降0.2。表明所制备材料对卷烟烟气HCN有良好选择性吸附性能。
In order to selectively reduce HCN release in mainstream cigarette smoke, basic functionalization of SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve was carried out using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) Functional SBA-15 / PES composites. The pore structure, surface morphology and thermal stability of the material were characterized by low temperature nitrogen adsorption and desorption, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, and the material was added to the cigarette filter to investigate the performance of reducing HCN. The results show that: (1) SBA-15 modified by APTS still retains ordered mesopore structure, and the material with polyethersulfone has irregular spongy porous structure; (2) the composite has good thermal stability below 200 ℃ ; ③ The basic function of SBA-15 / polyether sulfone composite material to 20 mg / branch added to the amount of binary composite filter rod applied to cigarettes, mainstream cigarette smoke HCN release decreased by 29.6%, while the tar And the change of sensory quality was small, the hazard index (H) of cigarette dropped by 0.2.
