桥式行车漏油是较为普遍的问题。我厂金结车间有几台10吨行车平均每天漏油约一公斤,其他吨位行车也有类似情况。它不仅浪费了很多的润滑油;而且给行车的日常使用、维修、保养带来了困难;还会殃及地面上的其他生产工作人员。长期来,要求对行车治漏的呼声十分强烈。近年来,我们陆续对10吨行车的主要漏油部位——齿轮减速箱作了改进,收到了一定的效果,大家比较满意,现将改进情况简介于下,供同行们参考。10吨行车大车齿轮减速箱如图所示。漏油的部位主要是输入轴、输出轴的出轴处,轴承端盖处及减速箱上下剖分面三处。针对这种情况,我们采取措施如下:(1)将两只通孔(轴承端盖2的内孔)加工改制,
