利用消失模涂料多性能综合测定装置研究了消失模铸造裂解产物的消除过程，提出了裂解产物消除过程的规律——“双峰”曲线，分析了产生“双峰”的原因。确定了双峰曲线的特征参数，并分析了涂料对裂解产物消除过程的影响。
The elimination process of the lost products was analyzed by means of the multifunctional comprehensive measuring device of the lost foam coating. The rule of the elimination process of the cracked products - “bimodal” curve was put forward and the reason of “bimodal” was analyzed. The characteristic parameters of bimodal curve were determined, and the influence of coating on the elimination process of pyrolysis products was analyzed.
