本大纲是以《全国监理工程师培训教材》(中国建筑工业出版社1997年5月出版)和有关的监理法规及法规性文件为基础,结合工程建设监理实际工作编写的,并按照要求的知识深度分为“掌握”、“熟悉”、“了解”三个层次,要求掌握的是重点内容,要求熟悉的是重要内容,要求了解的是相关内容。 1998年度全国监理工程师执业资格考试所涉及的监理法规及法规性文件包括:《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《工程建设监理规定》(建监[1995]737号)、《工程建设监理单位资质管理试行办法》(建设部16号令)、《监理工程师资格考试和注册试行办法》(建设部18号令)、《关于印发“工程建设监理合同”示范文本的通知》(建监[1995]547号)、《关于发布工程建设监理费有关规定的通知》(<92>费字479号)。
