崇安苏区是第二次国内革命战争时期,我党创建的红色苏维埃区域之一。早在1928年9月和1929年1月,在崇安县委的领导下举行了“上梅暴动”,开辟了武装割据的局面。暴动产生的“民众局”是崇安县苏维埃政权的雏型。民众局下设组织、宣传、军事、劳工等七个部,各乡设执行委员,各村设民众代表,行使村一级政权职能。1930年4月,崇安县革命委员会成立。
Chongsan Soviet Area was one of the Red Soviet areas created by our party during the Second Revolutionary Civil War. As early as September 1928 and January 1929, under the leadership of the Chong’an County Committee, “the Uprising on the Uprising” was held and the situation of armed separatism was opened up. The “popular bureau” produced by the riots was the prototype of the Soviet government in Chong’an County. Public Bureau under the organization, publicity, military, labor and other seven ministries, township set up an executive committee, the village set up representatives of the people, the exercise of village-level government functions. April 1930, Chong’an County Revolutionary Committee was established.
